The re-design and transformation of the Helsinki Hub operational model plays a vital role in Finnair’s post-COVID19 strategy. As part of that strategy, Finnair has signed a long term strategic partnership agreement with TCR. The agreement foresees the provision of the full scope of ground equipment, including procurement, fleet management & maintenance. Lexia acted as advisor to Finnair in the transaction.
