The Finnish national airline Finnair has signed a component Flight Hour Agreement with AerFin Ltd for its Embraer E190 E-Jet Fleet >> . Lexia acted as advisor to Finnair in the transaction.

The contract signed with AerFin Ltd covers repair & overhaul, component pooling and provisioning of Embraer E190 fleet rotable component on-site inventory.

Lexia advised Finnair in its tender process, the term sheet negotiations, and the preparation of the contract structure. In addition, Lexia had an active role in the negotiations, which were conducted fully remotely and in a short time frame.
