Biocode’s CEO shares experiences of the company’s Continuous Legal Support partnership with Lexia.
The cooperation between Biocode and Lexia began in 2020. The service model is Lexia’s Continuous Legal Support, under which Biocode receives all the legal support it needs for a fixed monthly fee.
Continuous Legal Support from Lexia
The cost of Lexia’s Continuous Legal Support is predictable, and Biocode has a designated primary point of contact who assists with all legal matters. When needed, however, the client also has access to the expertise of all Lexia professionals.
Biocode has primarily relied on Lexia’s expertise in a wide range of contract matters and negotiations, as well as in areas such as corporate law, employment law and data protection. As part of the service, Lexia has also provided the secretary to Biocode’s Board of Directors.
