Secto Automotive is a Finnish-owned B2B vehicle leasing company. The company’s growth is driven by making everyday mobility effortless for its customers and by its role as a pioneer in sustainable mobility.
Lexia acts as Secto Automotive’s legal partner, supporting the company in both operational and strategic matters. We have assisted the company in, among other areas, the development of contracts and data protection practices, employment law matters, and the implementation of regulatory requirements.
Our cooperation has also included the development and updating of compliance frameworks, dispute management, and the practical implementation of new regulatory requirements. In addition, we have supported the company in legal matters relating to the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions.
Lexia has provided Secto Automotive with training on Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT). We also developed, through the Vuolearning platform, a training program covering Compliance with Sanctions and National Asset-Freezing Decisions.
