I work as a Junior Associate at Lexia, advising clients on a broad range of business law matters. My areas of expertise include corporate law, M&A and dispute resolution.
I believe that understanding the client’s business is essential to finding practical and fit-for-purpose solutions to legal issues. My military service and reserve officer training provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, project management and analytical problem-solving, all of which I draw on in my work on a daily basis.
