I advise corporate clients on employment law and other day-to-day business law matters, with a practical and business-oriented approach. My aim is to help clients identify key legal risks, make well-informed decisions and implement changes efficiently, including in demanding and rapidly evolving situations.
I have broad experience in matters covering the entire employment lifecycle, with a particular focus on complex personnel and organisational change situations. I regularly advise clients on change negotiations, workforce reductions and restructurings, changes to terms of employment, terminations, and various employment-related disputes and contentious matters. In corporate transactions, I am particularly responsible for employment law due diligence reviews and other employment-related advice in connection with transactions.
In addition to employment law, I advise clients on commercial contracts and corporate law matters. I draft and negotiate commercial agreements, assess risks related to contractual terms, and assist in the preparation of corporate documentation and corporate arrangements. I also regularly support boards of directors and general meetings and assist with the preparation of related corporate documentation and practical arrangements.
I act as an ongoing legal adviser to several companies, which enables me to develop an in-depth understanding of my clients’ businesses, operating models and objectives. I work closely with clients in their day-to-day decision-making and help identify solutions that are legally sound, commercially appropriate and practical to implement. I also work fluently on international assignments in both Finnish and English.
