Wetteri Oyj is one of Finland’s largest operators in the automotive sector. Lexia has assisted Wetteri in the execution of its growth strategy, including advising on several acquisitions. Previously, in 2022, Lexia also advised Wetteri on its reverse listing transaction, following which the company became publicly listed.
