I am responsible for a broad range of HR functions at Lexia. I work in close collaboration with management, supervisors, and employees to develop practices that support organizational goals and strengthen the employee experience.
My responsibilities include HR processes, the employee lifecycle, employment-related matters, compensation, supporting recruitment activities, internal communications, employee development, and fostering company culture.
I am particularly motivated by development work related to employee well-being, supporting employees in their day-to-day work, and improving the efficiency of HR processes. Through HR, I aim to build clear and practical practices that make everyday work smoother and support overall performance.
