I have more than ten years of experience in complex commercial contracts and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the energy sector. My work has included advising on power purchase agreements, flexibility services, cooperation arrangements and land development agreements, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy projects. I also have extensive experience in authority investigations and energy-sector regulation (including MiFID, EMIR and REMIT regulation), covering the physical electricity market, reserve and balancing services, and trading in commodity derivatives.
In addition to my focus on energy, I have broad experience in technology-related agreements, consumer and marketing law, and data protection.
My background includes roles at a leading energy company, one of Finland’s largest financial institutions, and reputable law firms. I have worked as part of leadership teams, collaborated closely with senior business stakeholders, and represented industry interests in national and European financial regulatory working groups. I currently serve as Chair of the ICC Finland Marketing & Advertising Commission.
