I work as an attorney specializing in employment law and HR matters at our Helsinki office. I assist our clients extensively in all matters related to the employment life cycle, such as change negotiations and reorganizations. My special areas of expertise are workplace privacy and collective agreement law.
From my previous career, I have over ten years of experience assisting and advising clients on all kinds of employment law issues, especially in the fields of commerce, travel, and restaurant services. I also have experience in labour market advocacy and interpreting various collective agreements. In recent years, I have focused and further trained myself particularly in the field of workplace privacy. I am a Master of Law, trained on the bench at the District Court of Tuusula early in my career. I also have publications in employment law.
I consider my strength to be my ability to provide practical advice and sparring on the matter at hand without resorting to excessive legal jargon. I ensure that the instructions and recommendations I give are understandable and help the client avoid many unnecessary disputes.
