In my opinion, the best legal support is that which genuinely serves the objectives of the business. Therefore, in addition to understanding the legal context, it is essential to know and comprehend the client’s business, industry, and intentions. I operate on these principles in my work.
I assist our clients in legal issues including investment services, investment funds, alternative funds, crowdfunding, payment services and virtual currency as well as in authorisation and registration processes. In addition to this I assist in questions related to preventing money laundering and produce continuous compliance services as a part of our team.
