I graduated from the University of Turku, where both my Bachelor’s thesis and Master’s thesis focused on corporate taxation. I primarily work at Lexia’s Tampere office as part of the M&A team specializing in corporate transactions. In addition, I assist clients with a wide range of assignments beyond corporate transactions, and I have a particular interest in dispute resolution. I completed the Finnish Bar Examination in spring 2025 and will apply for authorization to act as a licenced legal counsel starting in early 2026.
I have been part of Lexia since the early stages of my studies and these years have given me the opportunity to grow into an expert surrounded by top professionals.
