Tomi Tanskanen started at Lexia in June as an Associate. His assignments are particularly related to employment and labor law and dispute resolution. After graduating from University of Helsinki, Tomi gained diverse experience with employment and labor law as a labor market attorney. Prior to joining Lexia, Tomi worked as a labor market attorney for employers in the maritime industry.

As a labor market attorney, Tomi has worked closely with the HR departments of companies and has assisted in labor law issues, including in the interpretation of collective labor agreements, labor court proceedings, negotiations, and has been an advisor in labor law issues. Because of his expertise in the maritime industry, clients can contact Tomi also in a diverse range of maritime-related issues.
